We really do believe that most people should be CrossFitting. Personal training is for you if you require or request more personal supervision. If you have particular health concerns ie. major muscle imbalances, improper muscle activation, pre/post-natal, post-rehab, chronic pains, etc. personal training maybe best for you. Our overall goal with personal training is to address your specific health concerns and hopefully get you CrossFit ready.
