2 mile run

15:36 on treadmill at export.

23.21 - 2 mile straight...first run in a long time.

15:46. Struggled with Pose after 3/4 mile. Need to work on left leg pull, right feels good. Calves are very sore which is good, but hamstrings are not as sore as they should be (not enough pull). This is the furthest I have ever run--sad, but I hate running.
