Working on fixing my back squat mechanics so my feet were closer together (similar to snacth and clean & jerk width), torso more upright, and I went for full rom (didn't begin to ascend until I felt my hamstrings touch my calves), so I needed to go down to 76% & 79% of my max. Felt good actually and I look forward to that being my new squat standard. Maybe w/consistent practice/work I can set a new pr instead being stuck on 375#...we'll see down the road

Bryce looks like we're in trouble. There are still 25 slots available for our regional. Which means there will be 125 men vying for 5 spots. Just great... Ladies if you're still out there register in the next 20 mins (25 more men can register at 10am) and make my and bryce's job that much easier in denver. Please help us...i sound desparate i know

I don't think we're getting any help from the girls, unfortunately. I guess you just are going to have to beat that many more people. So it should be just that much more satisfying.
On another note, I am very excited about the non-ridiculously cold weather we have coming in the future. Get ready to break the running shoes back out again!

Liz- when are you in next time? I want to bring you a jar of those Polish pickles I told you about.

Crossfit Games Crew: Not sure if you thought about altitude and what affect it will have upon your performance. (My mind wandered a bit while I was in the stairwell.)
