4 rounds + 4 blue band pullups. Pushup depth good; now need to work on squat depth sans ball. Did 5 full rounds last time; wonder if I used a green band or did jumping pull ups way back then?

5 rounds + 15 pullups
Regular pushups; however, need to work on chest touching ground on every pushup.
Broke pullups into sets of 5 on 1st round and sets of 3 on remaining rounds, pushups sets of 5, and squats sets of 10 + 1 set of 5.

Just about ripped my left hand during last last set of pull ups. Stopped to look at my hand. I should have let them rip so I could have finished my entire set. ARGHHHHHH!!!!!!

Correction ... right hand. HA! I really need to work on my kipping technique.
Whats the best way to prevent my hands from ripping other than gloves? After the all the eating last night during the super bowl, I'm really considering coming in tonight to do another WOD.

5 rounds + 3 pull-ups. knee push-ups, still, but solid full movement. Need to toughen up and get in real push-ups. Good kips. Squats getting better.

PINK band pull ups for the first time!

5 rounds + 5 pull ups
Happy with pull ups, happy with squats...still unhappy with push ups. First round got 20 + 10 and I knew I was in trouble. Second round 10, and then third round only 5 before I had to go in twos and three. Long cheat weekend caught up...great to be back though. You'd think watching Tim fly through push ups next to me would motivate me to plow through them...not the case at all.

4+15 pullups + 12 pushups
Pullups on green band, knee pushups, squats with my ever trusty ball marker. Maybe someday my fear of falling down will let me be free of the ball...One can dream can't they??

Kips felt really good. Finally getting my rhythm back. Pushups were rx'd until I had 2 min left to finish the last round, did knee pushups so I could make 5.

5 rounds + 15 pu's +12 pushups. I was really hurting after this one for a good 10-12 minutes with bad head pain also. Pushups 1/2 way into round 2 and thereafter were incredibly hard--alot of pec burning. On air squats--with fatigue I drop my chest which I need to work on. The pullup bar got pretty crowded tonight. In round 3, Lifetime and were doing pu's with our arms/elbows together. Ben, didn't realize until afterwards that Rudy, Lifetime and I kind of squeezed you off the corner bar. Sorry about that.

5 rounds + 6 push-ups
CTB pull-ups aren't getting any easier yet. Push-ups also crushed me.
