7 Rounds

5 rounds...er close to 5 :P

Awww yeah, Eileen working out with the boot. Way to keep going and not let your ankle get in the way!

5 rounds, just 10 kips shy of the 6th round.

blue box for HSPU & squats

Eileen, how many parking tickets did you leave unpaid before they gave you that. I was just telling Tim on Sat that I had to see the boot. Glad to see you're still hitting the box.

6 and 1/3 rounds
modified SLS's on the blue box on 1st 2 rounds then added blue mat on remainder

7 rounds...had to push out the last 15 pull-ups in under a minute and ripped my hand, ouch.
used small box for HSPU and squats

wall for HSPU
Band for pull ups
5 rounds in 20 Min

7 rounds
HSPU against wall
jumping pull-ups
bench for squats was a bit high, I'll need to try something lower next time

"That doesn't sound to hard."

Good workout!
5 Rounds, just finished squats on round 6.
HSPU: as rx'd
Squats: short stool w/ abmat
Pull ups: used blue band after tore hand on round 2.

This is one of those workouts that I always avoided. HQ always gave the option of this or Cindy. The one-legged squats will not be pretty tonight. Not to mention I had a nice cheat weekend. No PR weight gains this weekend, but I tried. Up from 200 Friday to 210 today. I have absolutely no desire to cheat at all today now.

8 rounds!!

"NO parking on the 'Box' floor" (anyone remember that song by Midnight Star?)
Slackers beware or you may get booted! Das boot is not fun. Be sure you take the time to warm up before every WOD every day. Ankles included. One more week of ace bandage support and then back to attempting to get my game on again. Thanks for all the encouragement from everyone while I have been injured.

6 rounds + 5 hspu, 10 squat, 9 pullups

hspu were with no mat which was a first and nice, pistols were with the low box looking forward to being able to do them in the future. tore everything in my hands, but it wasn't bad

Mary: 8 rounds, only 10 of the hspu were legit

8 rounds: modified hspu, bench pistols, jumping pull ups.

7 rounds
Pike push-ups on box
Modified squats on bench
Pullups on green band

Finished 6 rounds

Pistols were atf with assistance from squat rack. Still working on the handstand depth. Wasn't moving too quickly tonight.

6 rounds with 5 hspu and 10 squats. On AB mat--all HSPUs were full extension for the first time--by round 4 these were broken into 2s and singles. Squats were done on bench which made things alot easier--next time will go on low box. Pullups on rounds 4 and 5 were broken down as 8,5 and 2 to ensure chin over the bar. Round 6 pullups were 7,4,2,2 but all legit.

7 rounds
push-ups on medium box
squats on bench
pull-ups on green band

7 rounds
push-ups on bench or medium box
squats on bench for 1 round, then on 5 or so rubber plates

7 rounds

bench one leg squat
green band pull-ups.

8 rounds hspu's on box; blue band pull-ups

8 rounds plus 5 headstand push-ups and 3 right leg squats

8 rounds
didnt use anything for the headstands and did jumping pullups

7 rounds + 5 HSPU + 1 squat
(blue band pullups)
