Row 5k - 19:30
rough estimate as I rowed for 20 mins on Monday night and stumbled upon a 5k. Very beatable time so someone beat it! Off to Kansas for the Level 1 Cert. I'll post at the end of day one w/an update. Hate to miss whirlyball so I'll be anxious to hear how it goes tomorrow.

Rudy - I am close to another couple tears on my hand after pull-ups this morning. What am I supposed to get to prevent those, the Ped Egg or something?

Need to push more from the legs. Also, work on posture, curving the lower back towards the end, now it's all tight.

5k row: 18:17 (1:49.7/500m)
1st time rowing really in the past 2 years. I had been avoiding it like the plague so I thought I should jump on that beast again. Not a bad time-- theres really no substitution for rowing endurance and I'm glad I havent lost too much. Cramped up pretty early on, pushed through.

5k Row
19:45
Was all over the board on pace. Which tells me I need to spend more time on the rower. Last 1,000 was all around 1:43 or under. Goal was to go sub 20 though, so not disappointed with the effort today.
