Nice, rest as needed. That two minutes of rest on the 400's was just not enough. The goal is to not fall off more than 5-10 seconds on any of these today.

For all of you who ran the 5k and are wondering what your pace should be go to http://www.mcmillanrunning.com/mcmillanrunningcalculator.htm and punch in your time, and it'll give you an approximate goal for where you should be. You can also put in your 400 time and see if there is any major discrepancy.

Emmitt

are those new pull up bars i see in the left hand corner of the picture rudy? gotta give those a whirl.

Rudy's Running Mondays return! Unfortunately, I won't be in tonight so I'll have to make this one up later in the week. I'll think of you all as I'm sipping Guinness at my company meeting tonight :)

Sunday Night Workout:
5 rds, BW Bench, Pullups, BW Squat

Weight: 190#
Bench: 18, 16, 13, 12
Pullups: 27, 25, 20, 23
Squats: 20, 20, 15, 15

After 90 mins of this workout I had to stop after 4 rounds. I felt terrible after the 2nd round: flushed, dry, pounding headache. I definitely attribute this to dehydration. I wish I could have finished the 5th set but bc of time and my state I decided it was a bad idea. On the positive side, my bench and pullups were up from the last Lynne I did for the first 4 rounds.

FYI, we did this workout Aug 15 as well--I went and looked it up because I knew I'd done this before, but on Jun 16 I wasn't here yet!

I'm hoping to finish in under 4 minutes at least once...
