ATTNETION!!! I just wanted to let everyone know as a part of your membership I am opening up my library to you. There will be $1.00 charge to borrow anything per item (I hate for it to seem like a "nickel and dime"ing you thing but need to recover uptaking fees, ie DVDs get scratched/books lose pages) I have everything you'd ever want to learn more about. If I don't have something you are looking for I'll buy it (that's if I agree that there isn't a better resource out there.) Most recommended books will be: Pose Method of Running, Starting Strength, Enter the Kettlebell, Z-Health Neural Warm-up, Secret of the Shoulders, Ross Enamit's Never Gymless and Infinite Intensity. Email me with any questions.
Nothing like a Saturday morning "Filthy Fifty".
Rest day.
My cousin Anthony after Day 1 of CrossFit. He's at CrossFit Santa Clara with Jason Khalipa. Here's the caption that went with the pic: "Welcome CrossFit Santa Clara's newest member Anthony, Anthony started my morning off great by introducing himself to Pukie! Anthony has officially been inducted into our Pukie Hall of Fame. Welcome to the family Anthony!"
