From Monday, Not intentionally. Liz and Liz doing "Liz". Really Liz B and Liz R doing "Elizabeth". Nice job on form and strong looking dips! Next on to kipping!!!
So my goal for this month was to do a handstand for 30 seconds. I am no where close to it. Click this link to watch all the things that I'm thinking about at once. I might need to visit a gymnastic cert.

5 full rounds, plus pull-ups and 21 push-ups into round 6. Jumping pull-ups, knee push-ups. Need to start incorporating regular push-ups, and what's this kipping thing Rudy keeps talking about? : )

5 rounds - ditto on Cravey's comments re: depth of pushups!
Squats were killing my knees (and no where near the ball)

3 full rounds. Almost threw up!
Hey Rudy, you know how I told you that Ashley didn't mention anything about being sore? I lied, she can't walk. Make her work harder next time!!!!!

4 rounds + 15 pullups and 12 pushups.
Happy to do 15 straight Rx pullups for the first time. Very slow and winded with the squats. I am already sore (in the knees) walking the stairs. Need to speed up on the squats--maybe an oxygen mask would help. 5th round of pullups were weak.

5 complete rounds plus 15 pullups and 10 pushups. Pullups need a ton of work. I was a little suspect about working out before my 8:30 bball game, but shot really well. So apparently my body didn't disagree as much as I thought. Great atmosphere tonight, everybody kept me pushing harder.

3 full rounds:
up to 35 squats on the 4th.
jumping pullups
knee pushups, the depth was there, but not the speed, arms were toast. Still working on form with squats.

Thought I was ready for this one...until about round 2! 4 rounds and 9 squats away from round 5. I'm hoping it was just it being my first "2 a day" workouts. Breathing and push ups were the hardest parts.

7 sets even...almost lost it...get chest to bar on pull ups
