Push ups are fun in the grass at 6am! I swear! Ask my bootcampers. (Bootcampers, If you deny it, we will do push ups until you agree.) Fun!

When you arrive early here are some helpful ways to work on your muscle tissue quality with the foam rollers or with a tennis ball (demonstrated by Tony Gentilcore, description by Eric Cressey).

I don't know about one inch, but if you can get it up about 4"-6" you're all good.

140 max. Up from 125. I still think I need to work on form - I was feeling it in my lower back towards the end.
