I don't know about one inch, but if you can get it up about 4"-6" you're all good.

140 max. Up from 125. I still think I need to work on form - I was feeling it in my lower back towards the end.

Rudy was kind enough to let me get the filthy 50's in tonight. Set a pr with 27:37, last time was in March in a time of 33:06.
